I just wrote this email to MSNBC.com:

You guys are killing me. Well, to put it more clearly, all your moving graphics are crashing my MS Internet Explorer (version 8) and totally strangling my computer.

It’s not a wussy computer. 8GB RAM, Win7/64, Intel dual core.

It messes up my other computer, too.

I like MSNBC and your news. But if you don’t make your site leaner, I’ll have to make it a habit to go elsewhere.

I’m probably not alone.

CBSNews.com does the same thing to me. Am I alone? Write to me and let me know. – Mike
