Welcome to Thinkwing Radio with Mike Honig. One of our mottos is that you’re entitled to your own opinion, but not your own facts, so we try to get our facts right.
This Tuesday, November 26, 2013, I’ll be on “Earth 101” (KPFT 90.1 FM Houston, 3-4PM CT), sitting in for regular host Hitaji Abdul Aziz.
This is a call-in show. We will take callers during broadcast at 713-526-5738.
TOPIC: The tentatively scheduled subject of discussion is the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers)
There may be fewer than 100,000 Quakers in North America. The Quakers are known by most people through movies or some documentaries. This makes Quakers great as plot points. That being the case, Quakers (Religious Society of Friends) are almost a part of American mythos. Most folks have never actually met a Quaker or had a chance to discuss their faith with them. I hope to change that during this program.
This post will be updated before and after show time.
